Refund policy
Returns
Please do not send your purchase back to our office without contacting us first.
- You may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or defective.
- Please contact us at info@mcteigue.com to initiate a refund request. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Re-stocking Fee
A restocking fee of 3% will be applied for purchases totaling $2,000.00 or more.
