Dorothy McTeigue

The family business has always been in Dorothy’s blood, and at 18, she began working alongside her father, uncle and grandfather as a diamond and colored stone grader. In her twenties, Dorothy lived in Paris and trained at a highly respected, sixth generation fine jewelry house.

At 35, Dorothy became the first woman elected to the Board of Directors of the Diamond Trade Association. With her warm personality and extensive knowledge of estate jewelry, Dorothy is a valued partner for many of the world’s finest retailers.

Dorothy is an active member of the American Society of Jewelry Historians.
